1955 Concordia Concordia Yawl
Yacht price :
Overview
Owners comments: Mary-Ellen is one of the storied Concordias. Built in 1955. In 1978, she was the winner of the Newport to Bermuda race (MHS). Due to the extensive restoration completed in 2016, Mary-Ellen is one of the ?youngest? Concordias in the fleet. A detailed blog of the restoration can be found in the WoodenBoat Forum under "Concordia Yawl #26 Reatoraton". She is carefully maintained by a knowledgeable owner and hauled every year. She recently won ?Best Wooden Boat in Regular Use? at the 2018 Georgetown Wooden Boat Show. She is being reluctantly sold only because the owner?s career changes are keeping him inland. REDUCED
