In our 12,000 sq/ft of indoor heated storage, our technicians care for all different types and makes of craft at our full service yard. From classic wooden yachts to the most technically advanced laminates, our staff has the experience to handle every repair, service or refit. Accomplished mechanical technicians and Awlgrip applicators are all part of our team. Indoor cold or outdoor storage with shrinkwrap is also available at our facility. Re-power Center and New Build Engine Sales
Yachting Solutions is also an authorized dealer for both Steyr and Volvo Penta marine engine systems. Many of our customers are finding signifigant operational cost savings in re-powering thier yachts with new engine technology.
Volvo Penta is the leader in the marine propulsion market with the introduction of the IPS drive system, and their new lightweight common rail diesel engines are leading the way in reduced fuel consumption and performance.
We are also very excited to be representing Steyr engines in Maine. Steyr, an Austrian based engine manufacturer, is the first to introduce Hybrid engine technology to the marine market place. These extremely lightweight mono-block engines are nearly bullet proof. This is a very innovative company with an excellent history and track record of building some of the most reliable marine propulsion available. Whether for new construction or re- power, these engine packages, with or without the Hybrid drive system, are worth serious consideration for anyone wanting to reduce their fuel consumption and increase overall efficiency.
